DIY Easy Pro® R454B DIY 12K BTU Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump Condenser, 115V, with 11.5 ft Install Kit

The MRCOOL® EasyPro® 12K BTU 115V Ductless Heat Pump Single Zone Mini-Split Condenser is designed to make upgrading your home’s comfort simple and affordable. Built for true do-it-yourself installation, it requires no specialized HVAC tools or professional experience, making it an excellent choice for garages, home offices, studios, workshops, and other spaces up to 550 square feet.

Despite its DIY-friendly design, the EasyPro® 12K delivers impressive performance with a 19.5 SEER2 cooling rating and 9.3 HSPF2-4 heating efficiency. This allows the system to provide consistent, energy-saving comfort throughout the year while helping reduce utility costs and long-term energy use.

Installation is streamlined with an 11.5-foot Quick Connect® line set that arrives factory pre-charged with environmentally friendly R-454B refrigerant, eliminating vacuum pumps and refrigerant handling for a faster, cleaner setup.

Everyday comfort is easy to manage using the included wireless remote or the MRCOOL® Comfort app, which allows temperature adjustments, custom schedules, and energy monitoring from virtually anywhere. Compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant adds convenient hands-free control.

Features like Dry Mode, Sleep Mode, Auto Mode, and programmable scheduling automatically balance comfort and efficiency, while a Gold Fin® condenser coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance for humid or coastal environments.

For peace of mind, the EasyPro® 12K includes a 5-year compressor warranty and a 3-year parts warranty, reflecting MRCOOL®’s confidence in the quality and durability of every system.
