Every system we sell carries the full MRCOOL manufacturer warranty - the same coverage you would get buying direct. DIY 5th Gen systems include a 7-year compressor and 5-year parts warranty once registered.

The heart of the system, covered by MRCOOL for seven years on DIY 5th Gen.
Parts - 5 years
Boards, motors, sensors and remotes - replaced under the factory parts warranty.

Who provides the warranty?
MRCOOL provides all equipment warranties directly as the manufacturer. As an authorized dealer, every unit we sell is fully eligible - and we help you with registration and claims.
Does DIY installation void the warranty?
No. DIY series systems are designed and warrantied for homeowner installation when the included instructions are followed.
What documents do I need for a claim?
Your order confirmation, the unit serial number and your warranty registration. All product documentation is on each product page and in our manuals library.
