Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your:

Tracking number (UPS, FedEx, etc.), or
Freight PRO# for large shipments.

Tracking information is typically sent within 24 hours after your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Small Parts & Accessories

Small items are shipped using standard parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx.

Large HVAC Systems

Large HVAC equipment and heat pump systems are shipped on a pallet using Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers.

Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only. The driver will deliver your order to the curb or driveway but is not responsible for moving products into your home, garage, or backyard.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the contiguous 48 United States.

We do not ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam)
P.O. Boxes
International destinations, including Canada

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any damage:

Write "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing.
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product whenever possible.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage and begin the claims process.

Failure to report freight damage within 24 hours may affect the carrier's ability to honor a damage claim.
