How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship from the factory within 3-5 business days. Freight delivery typically arrives in 5-7 business days with a scheduled curbside appointment.
Can I really install a DIY system myself?
Yes - DIY series systems use pre-charged Quick Connect line sets and need no vacuum pump, gauges or HVAC certification. You (or your electrician) handle the dedicated circuit; the rest is documented step by step.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Contact us before your system ships and we will swap the order at no cost. Use the system finder or send us your room details - we confirm sizing on every order.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, our licensed team offers professional installation. See the installation page for coverage and booking.
How do warranty claims work?
Equipment is covered directly by the MRCOOL factory warranty. Register your system after purchase; if anything fails, we help you file the claim and source parts.
