Product details

A 25 foot pre-charged QuickConnect line set for MRCOOL DIY systems, with a 3/8 inch liquid line and a 5/8 inch suction line sized for 24K and 36K indoor units. It is rated for R-454B refrigerant.

QuickConnect fittings tighten with two wrenches and hold the factory charge, so the install needs no vacuum pump and no refrigerant handling. The DIY Pro communication cable is included.

Confirm the connection sizes on your indoor and outdoor units before ordering, and keep the run within the maximum line length listed for your system.

Questions & answers

Before you buy

Everything homeowners ask about installing and sizing a MRCOOL system.

Talk to a certified pro →

Which line set size do I need?

Match the line set to the connection sizes on your indoor and outdoor units, which appear in the specifications for each unit. Using the wrong diameter restricts flow and hurts performance.

How long can the line set be?

Every system lists a maximum line set length in its specifications. Staying inside that limit protects capacity and compressor life, so measure your run before ordering.

Does this arrive pre-charged?

MRCOOL QuickConnect line sets arrive pre-charged and sealed, so they connect without a vacuum pump. Check the specifications on this listing to confirm exactly what is included.

Can I reuse my old line set?

Reusing a line set from a different refrigerant is not recommended, because residual oil and moisture can damage a new system. A new matched line set is the safer choice.
